Email Address Rejected as Bad, No Reply From Their Info Address

I asked a question concerning a gun I own. They requested my name and credit card number.
When my e-mail address was submitted they claimed it was "bad". I then e-mailed their info address to ask why. No response. Presumably they have the credit card number still. Rj
