Doubling credit limit without customer authorization

I've been an associate of American Express going back 8 years. Our restriction on my consideration was established at $10.000. Our boy can also be about the consideration and reveal another card.in December my statement was $19,873.00. I had been besides myself and believed a mistake had occur. I named Amex who set me touching a called Anette Sinclair. Mrs. Sinclair couldn't realize why the borrowing limit have been doubled without my agreement. She accepted that there have been a glitch within the program plus they were sorry. I settled my share of $10.000 but experienced not accountable for the remaining of the total amount. Yes, my boy did get the costs but for this reason my restriction was $10.000. This amount of cash is almost somebody income to get a year. A few months have handed, I've no information from Mrs Sinclair neither from anybody at American Express. That is truly crazy.
