This guy talks a good game, but after getting your money he does not return phone calls promptly or even at all, and when you do talk to him he has no idea who you even are. He takes your money and does not do anything. At all. This scammer blames it on "being sick" or having treatments in the hospital or whatever. Finally he just ignores you and does not return text, email or phone calls.
