This scammer not only writes you a guarantee, but he lets you pay with a credit card! Why does he let you pay with a card you ask? Oh, because he charges it multiple times unauthorized!
Does not return calls. Did not perform ANY service at all.
Clearly a rip off, right from the beginning. Craigslist is where we found him advertising his services.
