I got a Whole Life Policy in 2007.in 2005 I had a MVR done and CP agreed to insure me. Sept my policy lasped. I had it reinstated in Dec. On the new application it asked if you have been treated in a hospital, I had a pacemaker put in Oct. Feb CP sent back my payments for (259.20). When I called to inquiry about check I was told, that I did not answer the letter that they sent. I told them that I didn't receive a letter. I asked why was I not called or emailed. If you are droping me because I had a pacemaker put in, then where the money I gave you for 5 years and not 6 months?
