Ripped off ruined our credit having trouble refinancing Ripoff

We also have had nothing but problems with EMC Mortgage. They didn't post a payment, we mailed & faxed copies of the cancelled checks repeatedly, just for them to send them back stapled to a blank sheet of paper. Due to this they kept saying we were a payment behind, no matter how many supervisors I spoke to this hasn't been fixed and it has been 3 years!

We even finally went on a payment plan where they were deducting straight out of our account, this lasted 2 months, then they kept messing up the debit, our bank vp even faxed/phoned them with the correct way to do this debit, to no avail! Then they dropped us from the payment plan because of their mistake! The fees they are charging are unbelievable, our mortgage keeps going up instead of down. We are now trying to re-finance, but are having trouble with how messed up they have our payment history and the extra fees they are tacking on.

If anyone out there can help, I would be so greatful! I'm glad to know that I'm not alone with this company. Someone should shut them down
