Ripoff scam credit card, lies

I was contacted by phone for a unsecured credit card. They said I would recieve the card 14 business days after they received a payment of 296.00 (JUNE 9th). The first time I called (June 26th) they said it would take 14-21 business days. After this time expired I called and they said they would put a rush on it and it would be mailed last Monday (JUNE 28th). Today I called (JULY 7th) and and I was told there was NO such thing as a RUSH order. The person was very rude. They never looked up my tracking number just told me again it would be sent on Friday.
