Ripoff credit card stole $299.95

I got a call from premium advantage giving me a $3000.00 credit card with a sign up fee of $ 299.95 but much to my dismay the promises were lies. The 1st phone number given by customer service was not a working # and I tried to contact then to cancel but they took the money anyway. They played back the recording to me and what was explain to me by sales was that I would have a credit card within 5 to 10 bus. Day instead I was told it was not a credit card but a card I could put me own money on up to 3000.00 dollors, and that I was out of luck to get my money back. It has been a month and no other paperwork has come in the mail. I have send a overnight letter to try to get my money back with no answer and their customer service is no help.
