Charged twice for Tax preparation service and was refused a refund being told that I was wasting Richardos time during my call to get the my $75 refund for charging me two times

I went to see Ricardo Rodriguez on 1/29 to file my taxes. He filed electronically stating that I would have my taxes within 3 days Well I did not get my taxes until after 2/14/01 due to I owed back taxes. Anyway all got paid and then I received this disbursement statement from the bank that issued my funds, so I read it to see that I was charged twice for the TAX PREPARER SERVICE. It was paid twice. I called my tax preparer and he gave me that run around telling me that I signed knowing of all of the charges and that I had agreed. I said no, that he was wrong for if I had know that I did not have to pay his fees up front it would have been much easier on my pocket book. I called several times before I came to the conclusion that he is knowingly cheating other people who did not read the statements that the bank sent out (Which I very much appreciate)

So Like I said I called Mr. Rodriquez back to tell him that I was demanding my $75 refund since it had been paid to him twice and since that was not the quoted price given to me, to prepare my taxes I wanted my refund back and at that point he was just nasty and very unprofessional. He told me that I had been told of the service fees that the bank charges and that I signed away which I did but I never saw that actual fees until I got the statement from your bank. I would not have minded paying the $150.00 to do my taxes if I had been told pay not and the other when you get your refund! I might have said ok go ahead, but instead I was mislead and then treated like my complain means nothing the Aleksandr Professional Service.

I am very appalled and not for the $75 that I was taken for but for the treatment by Ricardo when I tried to talk with him about getting my refund. He belittled me, made me feel like an ignorant women that has nothing better to do than to cause chaos. Please assist me in getting my refund and putting a stop to this company from taking advantage of so many other inocent hard working people.
