I had received a card in the mail that advertised loan modification classes. As I was hoping to get a loan modification in my house in Burbank, as the house was upside down, the loan was larger than what the house was worth. Rene immediately went into his pitch as how he can help me save my house through his methods. He said I could also work with him and be able to make some money. I was desperate to make some kind of salary to save my house and the real estate market was being innundated with pre-foreclosures and short sales. He charged me $3000 and I had to file Bankruptcy Chapter 13. This only kept me in my house for a few months and then he said that he was filing a Class Action through a company named NOAH a division of FWH of Ventura County Corp. Under the law offices of Carlo O. Reyes, SBN 226150,22122 Sherman Way, Ste. #205, Canoga Park, CA 91303 818 883 8838. I think they also had other lawyers involved with this scam. He then said the class action was going to help me get my house back as by then I was evicted. This charge was $4500 plus court fees of $300 every time I had to file these papers myself.

I was in such a state of panic after losing my house, that all I wanted was to get it back, so I wanted to believe him. But after being in the office and seeing other people give him money and hear the same lies, I couldn't take it anymore. I told him I wanted all the money I had paid him refunded as all he was feeding me and countless others were lies. The banks were not going to give back our homes and he didn't know what he was talking about He came back with another ruse to get me go give him some money and I said no and called him a crook, which he is.
