I can't belive Wells Fargo did this?

I was married in 2005 my wife went out without me knowing signed the papers to buy a house and the loan papers for a house. The bank didn't even let me know she was doing this. At that time she had here signiture on 250K loans. I signed a paper the loan officer said stating I would not take here house in the divorce which I don't want.

So now she has her signiture on 330K. Wells Fargo knew I was retired on a fixed income but still let her have the loan. They though they were so smart an they don't do any thing wrong now there going to take a big loss on this house to get some of there money back.

The point I'm trying to say when you have loans of 250K WHY didn't they tell her when the orignal loans get paid off (house sells) we'll give you a loan for a house but no we'll give her the money anyway and now the house loans arn't getting paid at all isn't that just great. I wonder why? I going to stay in the house as long as I can. My credit rating went from perfect to crap.

Wells Forgo you may be laughing at this but it won't be so funny when you got to take in the shorts to sell this house and don't think you can come after me for the remainder because i'll file for bankruptcy I'm not going to pay you anything and I don't want to set foot inside any of your banks. You can put your loan officer who did here loan and the underwrighter who signed off on her loan, put them in this house and shove it where the sun don't shine thats what I think of your bank and mortgage company. The house has been on the housing market for sale for two years now and hasn't sold yet or any decent offers. I could say more maybe later I'll try to answer any questions.
