This is advertised as "FREE" filing. But, this website is set up so that even people with a degree like myself can't understand when a file is complete—they always end up with a "Filing fee" and we are made to feel we have completed filing and here we are waiting for a refund and we get an email saying we are only 25% complete and if you are not very, very careful you end up with a "deluxe" edition costing around $50. The website is very confusing and tricks the filer to pay when this is supposed to be "free".
