Ripoff doesn't work with Customer wants foreclosure, won't accept payments that are less

I wish I had found this web site last fall. We took out a loan to refinance with Ameriquest and needless to say by the time all was said and done we lost ground and ended up with a much larger percentage rate than promised.

Now several months later we are in a situation where we have not made a payment in three months July will be the fourth. We have almost all the money needed and have had at the end of each month but because of being short $200 to $400 they refuse to accept any payment. I can't deal with them. They don't care that I as the major earner in our family was sick and off work for two months and since then also was let go from a job tha paid $50,000 a year. I can't talk to anyone who can offer any help at Ameriquest and it seems like I always get a different person everytime I call.

What can a person do? Do they really want our home that bad? This is making me ill I regret the day I ever heard of this horrible company.

Help needed in Indiana!
