Failed to Pay Homeowners Premium!

Company did not fufil contractual agreement to pay first year homeowners insurance out of closing costs. I used MLD Mortgage to purchase my first home due to their rates. What a nightmare! 2 months post-closing and it turns out they have not paid the premium on our home owners insurance which were part of our closing costs that they were contractually obligated to pay to the insurance company. I could not have had a worse experience during the process and just when I think I'm rid of them, they come back to haunt me again. Would have been worth paying a few bucks more to work with a better company.
