Car repo one day late

This company accepted a partial payment for January and the remainder due on Jan 31st. Feb 1st they had the repo man come and get it. Not even a phone call, although they insist several were made. Not a single missed call. I believe the idiot employee made a mistake in accepting a partial payment and was not supposed to.instead of calling me they handled it this way. I had the payment and just needed to drop it off. They should not have a incompetent employee working there who is not aware of the policies. So now I have lost my car and unable to get it back due to lack of information NOT PROVIDED by the employee... But he can not even use a calculator so I am not surprised. All of this over 200.00
