This is a warning to all people contacted by someone purporting to be from the law offices of rick gaxiola. I am Rick Gaxiola. I practiced law in California for 23 years. I am no longer practicing law. I have never performed debt collection services. The people sending out letters and/or calling representing to be from my office are scam artists. They have been reported to the Los Angeles office of the FBI.
Do not give these people any money. They are not lawyers and you probably don't even owe the debt.
