Tax Monster HUGE SCAM! Ripping off HUNDREDS of customers!

Two other family/friends have went there and were audited for the companies "miss calculations"

Was lied to several times by the person who did my taxes (Barbara). Told me a completely different refund amount then the IRS.
Ended up charging me $900 to do my taxes and when asking the company why they would do this the response of the owner (Chris) is "Because we can". I told him we would file a lawsuit against him for stealing money and he said " He can see how much i make and i do not have enough to pay for a lawyer dumb b*!" Never been treated so horribly.
