Employment add's are old and being reneweed and companies are not responding to applications thru monster

Www.monster.com add's are old. The companies on there placed there add's several months ago and do not respond to applications submitted through monster. After contacting company personally they told me they didn't receive my application or resume. I believe monster is renewing there add's so the search doesn't come back blank. If anyone else has the same problem please post your concern. I have been searching on Monster for several months and have seen the same add but showing a new posting date. This is not just an issue with Monster, they are the biggest search engine for employment so I believe they stand out more.
