Since August 27, Select Portfolio has been charging me for a mortgage that was paid. I discovered last March '11 that, according to the Lenoir County Register of Deeds, the mortgage is cancelled and satisfied.
I inherited the property located at (Personal Info Removed). It belonged to my father, who died in 2000. I have paid it since his death.
The loan number on the Certificate of Satisfaction ends in 1518.
The certificate was signed by Juanita Jennatta, who was the vice president of Wachovia Bank of Delaware.
