Bottom line is I was "GUARANTEED" a modification and told that the fee they charged 3300.00 was for THEM to rewrite the loan in my best interest... Only to be told almost a year later that nothing is guaranteed and they DO NOT rewrite the loans (I taped the phone call so I do have that proof) and so I am now wondering what exactly I paid for???
