Carrie adjuster insult to injury

I was rear ended by a geico insured driver, he was charged by police
for failure to stop in assured distance. Geico acknowledged the claim and gave me a claim number. The adjuster carrie told me when my therapy for my injury was completed to call her. After 13 weeks of therapy i was told by geicos adjuster they would pay all doctor bills and offerd me $850.00 for my pain and suffering. I expalined that i lost more than that in lost sales and her responcewas they dont pay lost wages for commission people, but she said she could go up a $100.00 dollars. Needless to say i contacted a lawyer.
