Ripoff, dishonest, fraud

On February 12th my wife received a call from a woman saying that for $329.00 she could buy some credit. She didn't have any and thought it was a good idea. After talking to me she tried to call them back to tell them that she had changed her mind. She got a voicemail saying that when you get a packet in the mail there is a form that had a box for her to check to refund the money. On February 20th the money was taken out of her account.

Three months later we finally got a packet from the company, only to find that it was about debt consalidation and there was no form to return for a refund. Also the envelope didn't have a return address on it. Now when we have tried to call the 1800 number that is in the packet we get a message saying that the number is blocked from our area code.
