Ripped Off! Was charged $889 worth of fees! I feel very violated and disrespected!

I also was scammed by Instant Tax Service in Rock Hill, SC. I went in for the "holiday loan" which is not what I wanted; I usually do them myself for free!

I thought that I could just pay back the loan and file elsewhere. I was never given any paper work and I asked several times, "How much is your fee"? No one could answer my question, and told me I had to wait.

RAL was not approved. I was not given the option to do Direct Deposit. My check was supposed to be in on the 27th. I received it on the 30th. Went I went to pick up my check, I still was not given any paperwork for my records. I have no receipt of breakdown of fees, and nothing to even prove I filed with them. I was only given a check.

A WHOPPING $889 was taken from my refund! Never in my life, have I paid almost $1000 to get my taxes done! I have called "Corporate" and was told there was nothing they could do; they are individually owned and they do not have set prices! Had I known this, I would have never went there! I thought they were a reputable business.

I feel very violated and disrespected by this company. I will continue to persue my money; $889 is too much to just ignore!
