Went to instant tax service to get a loan on my income tax. They approved me for 50 dollars which I declined. I never signed any papers and without my authorization they filed my income tax. I waited for three weeks for them to come in and when I went to pick up my check they took 600 out but could not tell me what the 600 they took was for. They gave me a paper with an address to write to ask about fees and such. I never authorized them to file my taxes I never received a loan so how are they able to just take 600 dollars of my money with no explaination as to what it is for especially when you can file your taxes for free online...
