Advance Creditors Services - Mr. C's Towing ripoff tried to collect money we did not owe them!

These companies have been trying to collect money from us for a car towed that we don't even own anymore. For four years they have harassed us and placed negative marks on our credit.

We sent them copies showing we don't own the car but they continued to bother us. The collection agency has there employees use different names then what is their real names. Only now that we have obtained legal council, they have been backing off. We have had our credit report slandered and have lost finacially having to get legal council.

The employees are rude and when you try to discuss your situation with them they yell and scream at you, many times and then hang up on you!

I've called three times asking for a specific employee that our lawyer told us to ask for, only to be first told there is no one by that name, then that he was in and out of the office and we would have to leave a message for him. It is a constant go around with these people.
