Rude, Unwilling to help, Abusive

Talked having a Joe (won't provide lastname) and Monica Corridor plus they are two of the rudest people I've actually talked to. Not just was I on-hold for one hour!!! After I eventually got a the introduction contains "Joe" I said hello, he explained "yes Joe" then proceeded not to help in virtually any of my concerns and mentioned I really could talk to my representative Monica Corridor who had been no greater. I expected to get a dysfunction on my bill stated does not have it and certainly will obtain which may consider four weeks, then stated oh well what would you like me to complete draw it from the cap. Excessively rude and violent.
