Ripoff does unauthorized debits from my account! Making it go in negative

Some early morning in late april, i received a telemarketing call from premium advantage telling me that i have been approved for a credit card with $5000 credit limit. They asked me for my information and my banking information.

They started to offer me all kinds of other services like road side service, long distance service etc. Along with it and i told them that i am not interested in any of them. Later on during the call the swiftly mentioned that my account will be charged $299.99 one time fee for the credit card.

When i heard that i told them that i am not interested anymore and dont want any of their offerings. They kept insisting and the way they were speaking i felt something was not right about their way of doing business.
I told them i dont trust them and would like to make sure they dont charge me anything. They assured me of that and even gave me a cancelation number "5523220r". I also asked them their phone number and address just in case.

I went out of town on emergency for a month and was not able to check my account. Today when i checked my account i found out that they have sent 2 checks for $299.99 and one check for $19.95 (one of their other services like roadside)

I tried calling them and the number they have given me (1-888-863-9661) keeps playing a recording saying "all agents are busy, please stay on the line" It does not say any company name or anything.
I tried looking up the address and it does not exist.

Now i will need to close my account inorder for them to stop taking money from it. And my IRS refund is about to be directly deposit in my account.

Please people we need to do something about this company, we should have a class action law suit or something against these guys. We need to stop them before they rip off and screw more and more innocent people who are trying to get a credit card because they already are in need of money.
