They are charging my money for an anticipation loan to get my taxes back in 5 to 15 days, but they are telling me that i won't see it for like 30 day. They won't give any money back for the service that you are paying for. I called the IRS and they said that what was going on was wrong and against the law. They won't even let you talk to the supervisor.
