HOALM They promise loan modification or money back - not true!

I was promised to get loan modification or money back. That was November. I paid $2995, I was adviced to stop paying for my mortgage. Now after 14 months I am $40000 behind on my mortgage, I am not qualified for loan modification and $2995 will never be refunded to me because they said I still have an option like "shortsale". Wow, what an advice. I didn't have to pay 3000 to get an idea about shortsale.

They forwarded me to another guy that was supposed to help with shortsale. He identified himself as working for company named Elite Mitigation Group (EMG) in Del Mar. I couldn't find any evidence of this company. It doesn't exist. I went to check out the address - the local is empty and for lease, webpage he provided is a scam. STAY AWAY from all of them!
