Promised loan modification or money back

I had been guaranteed to obtain mortgage loan modification or cash back. Which was November. I paid $2995, I had been adviced to prevent spending money on my mortgage. Today after 14 weeks I'm $40000 behind on my mortgage, I'm not competent for loan mod and $2995 WOn't ever be returned in my experience simply because they stated I still have a choice like "shortsale". Whoa, what an assistance. Used to donot need to spend 3000 to obtain a concept about shortsale.

They sent me to a different man which was designed to assist with shortsale. He recognized herself as employed by company called Elite Mitigation Team (EMG) in Del Mar. I really couldnot find any proof of the corporation. It does not occur. I visited browse the tackle - the neighborhood is vacant as well as for rent, website he supplied is just a fraud. AVOID them all!
