Division Of CIT ripoff, ignorant, harrassing

This is an update on the previous report I filed on this company. The new owner of my business contacted Lease Finance regarding the sub-lease paperwork which they claim they never received. He told them to send him a bill for the entire balance due on the machine and he would send them a check for the full amount as we are tired of dealing with this idiotic company. And of course I'm sure they won't refund the $85.00 they required to process the sub-lease.

He called them on Tuesday June 8th. It is now June 17th and they have called us two or three times a day looking for payment. It's ridiculous!!! How can they expect mail both ways to get there in a couple of hours!

They claim that their computer will keep calling until the account is current. Well supposedly they note every conversation in their computer and if they looked at it they would see the status of everything that has been explained several times. It is my opinion that they only note the conversations that they want to&the ones that will benefit them.

I am about to start recording their calls and am considering filing a harrassment lawsuit.

Do not do business with this company!!! You will regret it!!!
