Stealing from Low Income People

In early May of this year we received a phone call from this company and they said we are "apporved" for a credit card and that we will receive it in 2 days, but they need our bank account number, so without thinking right away my husband gave it to them but I told him we don't need a credit card so tell them to cancel it, so My husband said never mind we don't want the card right now.

So on June 4th they took out $199.95 out of my account. I asked them we they did that, and they said "you never said we couldn't take it out." That is stealing" I was never aware of this transaction until I started receiving over draft fees from my bank.

I only make $800/month from Social Security and I need this money back and they said it will take some time and mabye months before they can do that. And they said Now I am not apporved for the card anyway. I call them everyday and they say the same thing.
