Stay away from these people. I had placed a credit card order to purchase e-gold from them. The telephoned only once to verify. And when they did, they give a number to call back. Upon calling the number, a message states "mailbox is full." I followed up with emails and faxes. No response.

By fluke, I think, I did speak to someone by the name of Nathan on the phone. We went through the order together. He claimed an email was sent earlier but wouldn't clarify what was in the contents of the letter. He kept saying it was a mistake by a person who just began working there.By the way, this fella's patois is British.

I stated I wanted this transaction to be completed today. He stated that was doable... And kept claiming he was sending me an email while we were speaking. Nothing ever came through. I telephoned again and the same guy answered only this time referring to himself as Graham. I introduced myself again and he just remained on the line breathing and humming. Not replying... As though he couldn't hear me. I hung up and called back and acquired his answering service. Needless to state, I cancelled my order and contacted my credit card company to negate the transaction.

My recommendation? Stay far away from this group. Their rates are outrageous anyway. If you need to purchase e-gold with a credit card, go to (name removed by consumer complaints). So far they seem to be honorable.
