James Mahonaey, After 3 months, not one piece of thir contract has been provided They have sold 115,000 shares of our shares and drove down our market

Equiti-trend entered a contract to provide IR/PR defined services for our publicly traded company. The contract date was November 17. For these services to be rendered, we paid them 150,000 shares of our free trading stock. As soon as the stock cleared, they sold the stock at a giveaway price of 10 cents per share when it was trading at 73 cents per share. See VDPH on the OTCB graph for 1 month.

In trying to contact them, the two Mahoney brothers (seen as the owners) would not answer our e-mails and put the task to their director of Marketing, Christian Hansen. Who promised they were working on the contract items. It is now three (3) months later and not one item of the contract has been delivered. Mr. Hansen and the Mahoney brothers have been e-mailed repeadly for a response and or proof of the contracted services have been worked on or completed with no resposnse.

This is not the first time they have riped off small companies as noticed by your Rip Off reports. They have used the name Equiti-Link as well and had to change due to their problems like we are haing with them.
