Lindsey Vinson Sold me Stock shares that I cannot redeem

In March I purchased 3000 shares of uDataNet stock at $3.00 a share, from Burrlington Consultants Inc.

I received a signed and stamped stock certificate signed by Linsey Vinson.

I have been trying to contact the company, and the telephone and email they have listed are disconnected.

I found usacomplaints.com on Mr. Vinson and decided I might be another victom, so I want to find a way to get in touch with him, or make him pay.

I just want to sell him these shares back, or at least have him contact me and let me know the current value, and give me a method to convertthem to cash.
