He was a loan officer, and was completly ruined the lives of an eledrly couple in pontiac mi. The couple had their home paid off in full, they were seeking a loan on the home for 70,000. Max garza tricked them in to doubleing the loan amount, and stole their money. He also forged their names on many documents beyond their knowledge. Max d garza of troy is now a notary republic. His new con is tricking his clients that they are getting a bad deal on their closing documents. He refers them to someone he knows for a cash kick-back. This man is a decay to society, and he must be stopped.
