Electronic Merchant Services EMS is a rip off! Do not trust them

I used EMS and had multiple problems with them. First the sales rep that signed me up was no where to be found after I started processing my cards with EMS. Then when I realized that the rates I was paying were more than what he told me I would pay, there was no one that would help me. I kept getting bounced around from 1-800 # to 1-800#. Finally when I wanted to cancel and go back to my old processor, they told me I had to pay a cancellation fee. And for what? Becasue they lied to me and then wouldn't help me out of the mess they had put me in?!
And then after all of this I hear that the owner of the comapny drives a Ferrari! Which was bought with money from ripped off merchants like me?
They deserve for the world to know the truth about that company!
