The contract they send claims to get you funding of $1,000, 000.00 in 15 days using Shelf Corporation. They will Paypal you an invoice and then don't perform. When you attempt to charge back they claim that they items was sent, or they provided electronic services. According to Paypal (they suck), electronic services are not covered in there dispute format and you lose the case. Total scam. Will contact DA to press charges. Address is a virtual office and you will only get voice mail.
