This company sold me two shelf corp that were to have a clena record and the owner David Simons was to get business funding for within 8 to 10 days and its been 10 months and the companys are bad and have bad debt attached to them and no funding can take plac, all of which he knew when making a promsis that it would be completed. It was a total scam
