Herb Trotter is a scammer who will take your money for products and services and then not deliver. I purchased many products from Herb which he has yet to deliver. My largest purchase was a shelf corporation that was suppose to have multiple business tradelines and be ready for funding upon purchase. I never received the purchased shelf corporation or the promised subsequent funding. When asked about a refund, he makes excuses and tries to smooth talk you into waiting, which is simply a stall tactic. He is not an honest person and I would not recommend that anyone does business with him.
