This company, if one can call it that, has been ripping individuals off in this manner for many years. I sent $49.00 to them when first married to a US Army solder in 1984 and living off little income SCAMS, RIPOFFS, LIARS

This company, if one can call it that, has been ripping individuals off in this manner for many years. I sent $49.00 to them when first married to a US Army solder in 1984 and living off little income. We never received our card nor were we able to make contact or get our money back. It's sad!!!
