Magazine Subscription Rip-Off! They sent me invoices for magazines I never ordered

For the last 2 months I have received invoices from 'Global Living' that I never ordered. Oddly enough the invoice is listed under my previously married name of 'Onesti'- I legally changed back to my maiden name of 'Van Hook' over 4 years ago! They are saying that there is a past due balance of '$29.95' & a present balance due of '$29.95'. How can I get this situation dealt with in a timely manner? I can't believe how low individual will stoop... Thank you for your efficient response to this matter.
