Don't have any income and these people stealing from me

I tested my account today, and observe that $49.90 have been obtained from my bill. This got me right into a over-draft today I've to pay for $49.50 plus $37.00 over-draft charge, my consideration is right at $80.00 damaging. That are these folks and just how are they engaging in people bank balances. I am PISSED!!! Off-work having a back damage, dont have any revenue and these folks taking from me.
