Magazine ad with no product sent and no way to contact them

Communications Publishing had an ad in a magazine about free money from uncle sam or such as others have mentioned often on this site. I sent a check for about $23.95 plus shipping etc. On about October 29th and have heard nothing yet. I have no way to contact them and could only find the address listed here and no phone or online resourse. They are an obvious rip off company taking advantage of people who cannot afford to lose the money and something needs to be done so that all the people complaining including me can at least have the satisfaction that they are procecuted if we can't get the money back which would also be nice. Something must be done.
