Ocwen wants payment from dead man

My x husband passed away, leaving all to our son { only child} reported this to them and asked for them to do credit check and whatever we needed to do to have house transferred into my sons name. They said they could not do that had to stay in dead mans name.

Cant get insurance on the dead. They require insurance or can forclose. Not late on payments never missed or late on any payment. These people are rude and hard to understand—no english speaking employees. No supervisors to talk to.
