ICS Total Scam Do not Apply for Information Internet

I decided to do some comparison shopping for Merchant Services, thinking mine was charging a little too much. I clicked into ICS thinking it was a trusted sight because it was McAfee approved.

On the website it says get a quick quote, Apply here. Sounds okay, while I was filling it out a salesperson named Cole called to help me fill out the Application. During this time I must have asked him at least three times, this is just an application right? He replied, "yes just an appplication."

The application asks you to check I agree in two places. I asked him what this was and he replied, "it is just telling us all your information is correct. I gave him all the information and had a weird feeling. So after hanging up the phone I looked to see if there had been any complaints filed. Review after Review sounded just like mine.

I immediately called Cole back and said I want to cancel the application. He said okay we can do that. I also asked to see the document that I had signed, since it just looked like an application on my end. He said he would email it, I still have not received anything. The next day I called to make sure it was canceled, he didn't answer so I left a messege. I had my lawyer call. No call back. I hadn't received anything about the application so I figured he must have canceled it. Three days later, I get an email thanking me for purchasing some sort of machine.

So I called the main telephone number and they said I had signed a contract not an application. I again asked for a copy and also told her I had told Cole I did not want to go through with the application. She basically said that it is my problem I signed it. I can't believe they are allowed to stay in business and continue to rip people off like this.
