I was told about the credit card over the phone but recently had applied for a couple of credit cards so I fell for it! The company told me a $249 fee was going to be deducted but in turn withdrew $299. Not only that, thew withdrew $299 twice! I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months already. They asked me to fax them my bank statement and I did.

About a week later I called them again and they said that my statement wasn't good enough, so I faxed it again in more detail, but got the same result. I am now in the process of suing them, and encourage everyone else to do the same! Someone who lives in a state that allows punitive damages needs to sue for enough to put these guys out of business!
