Responding to the insurance issue "organization of thieves" rip-off thugs

I have sent a report once before, but I am in fear of OCWEN retaliating against me. This is CRAZY!!! I have not even told my whole story, because they seem to have the power to do ANYTHING they desire! I am petrified due to the fact that I am a single Mom just "making it" with 2 kids. I have made my payments, and now have a 3rd party sending certified so that they cannot say they never received payments even though I have proof from the bank!

NOW, I have someone also monitoring for me. I was also having funds deducted for "Forced Placed Insurance", but when I had a house fire a few years back; 2 of the so-called member services employees (HIRED THUGS) told me I was covered. That it was in place. My damage came to approx. $30,000.00. We called to give details, and they told us that I had no coverage. I called several times, and sent my statements showing the deductions. They simply told me I do not, and that I should make sure that I do have coverage in the future. Believe me, I tried to fight.

There is just NO winning with these people, and it appears that they almost have the backing of the Government. Every Ins. Commission I called told me that they were not regulated. How can this be? I was under such tremendous stress that I could not fight any longer. They will wear ANYBODY down.

The following year I was very ill and had emergency surgery to remove a major organ and tumors. I was late on a payment, but spoke with a Member Services person who assured me that he would post it the next day if I wired it over night, to meet the deadline. I got a letter in the mail as well as the 'Mafia-like' phone calls that my home was in Foreclosure. I was all of a sudden flooded with Real Estate Agents and people driving by my home every single day.

OCWEN was sent a Cashiers Check from my bank for which I had proof was cashed. I called them and they said they never received. When I sent the proof, they said it was not their responsibility if it was not posted on time and that very employee was no longer with them.

He had me send it to the wrong location they said. There was nothing I could do other than to borrow and pay the thousands in attorney fees (THEIR Attorney fees) to pull it out of Foreclosure.

They were so terribly awful in their harrassment! I begged them to PLEASE leave me alone; I have just lost a kidney and have several others. The stress and harrassment was literally intolerable. Once again I could not fight, nor could I win if I tried from past experience. I was recovering and am still fighting with medical problems, BUT I am paying my payments on time.
