Ocwen federal bank rip-off. Their tactics so vile and pure evil

Thank You GOD for sending me people who understand!!! NOBODY has understood what I have gone through since 1999!! My home was also thrown into Foreclosure after they said they had not received my payments. I HAD paid! I had to go to the bank and get a copy of the Cashiers Check.

They STILL refused to acknowledge it and told me that it was being thrown into Foreclosure. They said that the person I had spoken with, and made payment to was no longer there, and it wasn't their fault if he didn't post it correctly at the time. They finally did acknowledge payment, but said I need tonow pay their Attorney fees!

I am a single Mom with 2 kids and I had just received an emergency Nephrectomy for which nearly killed me. I had no choice. I couldn't fight back. I tried to speak with them, but their tactics were so vile and just pure evil. You can't get anyone in a responsible position to answer for any actions taken. Basically, it is just "well too bad".

I have tried to maintain my home for my kids, but I still receive calls on a regular basis (HARRASSING calls) asking what my problem is? Why am I not making my payments? Do I have a problem making payments? Am I responsible? IT IS CONSTANT!

I have finally started sending them certified through a 3rd party here so that there is further evidence. They still say I'm late!

I do NOT know how to get away from them! We're all just a stones throw away from being out on the street with this company, and what is so disturbing is that it is just whenever and whatever they want to do. IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY???
Any ideas out there?
