Sending letters, acting as a debt collector. Threatening and the funny thing is the account has been paid off boynton beach

This is the 5th letter i got in a year from this persom. It all started when my debt was setled and paid and than i started getting letters. The forst time i called was a very unprofessional message. They do not have any address on teh letter, but a p. O box. They really need to be investigated and stopped. Some people may think its real and pay them. They accept, credit cards, check by phone and money grams. There account number is 154*. There phone number is 1 877 588 9108. Please help me stop them, they are very rude and definaltly a scam artist.
